Reaching processing speeds of up to 240 m/min, these double-sided extrusion coating and laminating lines are mainly used for high GSM paper coating applications. LDPE, PP, and other coating-grade resins are used to produce coated and laminated paper materials for medical packaging, food packaging, office and document packaging, construction-related packaging, and other paper-based composite uses. Their configuration is better suited to high GSM paper that requires good stiffness and stable running performance during continuous production.
- Centralized PLC and HMI control supports coordinated operation through integrated mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic design.
- A high-precision imported deckle-free die head helps maintain stable coating quality.
- The die head lifting system operates automatically, which makes setup and adjustment more convenient.
- The high-speed compounding unit is designed for efficient material mixing.
- Material handling is supported by a fast hydraulic screen changer together with an automatic feeding structure.
- A dry lamination system can be added when the production process requires dry lamination capability.
- The extrusion section can be configured with single, twin, or multiple extruders, including multilayer co-extrusion arrangements.
