Nonwoven Coating and Laminating
Single Sided, 220m/min
Single-sided nonwoven coating and laminating lines can run at processing speeds of up to 180 m/min and are mainly used for coating nonwoven substrates with LDPE, PP, and other coating-grade resins. During production, the resin is applied to one side of the nonwoven material to produce coated and laminated structures for medical packaging, food packaging, construction-related materials, and other nonwoven-based composite applications.
Features
- Preset process control, fault checking during operation, and remote monitoring are handled through a PLC and touchscreen system, allowing unwinding, extrusion coating, laminating, and rewinding to run in a more connected and automated way with less manual involvement.
- Automatic tension control works together with photoelectric or infrared web guiding devices to keep the substrate running smoothly at high speed, reduce stretching loss, and help prevent edge misalignment during production.
- Large-roll rewinding can be carried out at high speed, while automatic cutting, roll changing, and reel loading and unloading help avoid unnecessary stops and keep production moving more smoothly.
- PP, PE, EVA, and other coating resins can be used with woven fabric, nonwoven fabric, paper, aluminum foil, and other substrates, allowing the equipment to handle packaging products for a wide range of industries and applications.
