Extrusion Coating Machinery Since 1987

Service & Support

Different customers have different production needs, so service and support cannot stop at just one stage. From customization and manufacturing to on-site commissioning, we help make sure each extrusion coating and laminating line fits the intended application and working conditions more closely.

Before Sales: Customized Solutions

Before recommending a solution, we take time to understand the substrate types involved, whether paper, nonwoven, or film, along with gram weight and speed requirements. Based on that, we provide a customized equipment proposal together with production capacity estimation at no extra cost.

Clients can visit our factory to watch the line run and see the finished product quality for themselves. If clients are unable to visit the factory, we can provide operation videos and finished product samples for reference.

If needed, we can also run tests in advance using the customer’s own substrate samples, or similar materials, to get a better sense of the coating result before production begins. This also gives us a chance to review the main process settings early and make sure everything is moving in the right direction before the line is put into use.

When equipment is delivered overseas, we provide the main import and shipping documents free of charge, including customs codes, multilingual technical documents, and CE certification files. If clients deem necessary, we also assist them with import declaration and customs clearance, helping avoid delays caused by paperwork or compliance issues before the line is installed and put into use.

during production support

During Production: Timely Progress Updates

After the order is placed, we set up a dedicated service group so the customer can stay updated on the line at each stage. Throughout extrusion coating and laminating machinery production, we share photos and videos of the actual build, from key component machining and line assembly to the first stages of testing, so the customer can see how the work is progressing.

Before shipment, extrusion coating and laminating lines and other packaging and converting equipment are also put through continuous running tests and trial production with material, using the substrate agreed with the customer. The main operating data is recorded during testing to check that the line is running properly and to make sure there are no quality issues before delivery.

on-site installation

After-Sales: On-Site Installation and Commissioning

  • Our engineers go to the customer’s site to install the equipment, handle the wiring and air connections, and connect it with other equipment already in use, such as unwinding units or slitting machines.
  • Once installation is done, the main settings are adjusted according to the substrate being processed, including coating temperature, extrusion pressure, and line speed. This helps keep the coating thickness within the required range while avoiding surface defects such as bubbles or scratches. These settings are also recorded, so the customer’s team can use them again later when needed.
staff training staff training

After-Sales: Staff Training

  • Operator training: We guide operators step by step through start-up checks, parameter setup, and basic operation. This includes setting coating temperature, extrusion speed, and line speed in coordination, as well as handling emergency situations such as substrate breakage or temperature fluctuations with clear operating procedures.
  • Maintenance team / supervisor training: This part of the training focuses more on how the line is maintained over time and how to deal with issues when they come up. We go through how the die head should be handled in daily use, including regular cleaning, along with weekly lubrication of transmission parts and monthly checks on heating elements and sensors. We also cover how to replace wear parts such as seals and filters, using actual examples where possible. Common production issues are discussed in a practical way, including uneven coating thickness, film wrinkling, and unstable extrusion output. The idea is to help the team recognize what is happening during operation and understand what adjustments can be made to bring the process back to a stable condition.
  • Assessment and verification: After training, operators are asked to handle simulated faults independently. This helps confirm that they understand the process and can respond correctly under real working conditions.
  • Documentation support: We provide multilingual versions of the operation manual, maintenance manual, and troubleshooting guide at no extra cost, along with training videos for ongoing reference.
troubleshooting and repair

After-Sales:Troubleshooting and Repair

  • Remote support: When a fault occurs, we first assist through video calls and, if authorized by the customer, remote access to the control system. This allows us to check the issue in real time and guide the customer’s team step by step, including replacing common wear parts when needed.
  • On-site service: If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, we arrange on-site support through local service partners or dispatch our engineers to the customer’s facility, depending on the situation. This helps restore normal operation as quickly as possible while minimizing production downtime.
technical upgrades and optimization

After-Sales:Long-Term Technical Upgrades and Optimization

  • As production requirements change over time, such as higher output targets or different substrate types, we provide ongoing technical support to help keep the line aligned with actual working conditions.
  • Equipment upgrades: We assist with line modifications when needed, such as installing a larger extruder or upgrading the coating die. These adjustments help the equipment continue to match evolving production needs while extending its usable service life.
  • Operation guidance materials: For each project, we prepare operation process guides in the customer’s preferred language and provide them together with the machine, stored on a USB drive for easy access during daily use.

Our service is structured to keep the entire process clear and manageable for the customer, from early customization and transparent production updates to training and responsive maintenance. This helps each extrusion coating line move into production quickly, run steadily, and deliver consistent output over time.
