Woven Bag Laminating
JDFLM90/900
Woven bag extrusion coating and laminating lines are mainly used for applying coating-grade resins such as LDPE and PP to woven bags, nonwoven materials, and other suitable substrates to produce coated composite materials. By adding an extruded resin layer during processing, the laminating equipment helps form materials used in medical products, food-related applications, office and document packaging, construction materials, and other flexible composite products. One of the main uses is woven plastic bag coating, and line speed can reach up to 250m/min.
- The full laminating process, from unwinding and extrusion coating to laminating and rewinding, is controlled through a PLC and touchscreen system that also supports preset parameter settings, fault self-checking, and remote monitoring, helping reduce manual intervention and improve production stability.
- Automatic tension control works together with photoelectric or infrared web guiding devices to keep woven fabric, nonwoven fabric, paper, aluminum foil, and other substrates moving smoothly at high speed. Better control during transport helps reduce stretching loss and keeps the edges from drifting out of position.
- Large-roll rewinding is handled at high speed and supports automatic cutting, roll changing, and reel loading and unloading. This allows production to continue more smoothly with fewer stops and helps improve overall output.
- PP, PE, EVA, and other coating resins can be used with woven fabric, nonwoven fabric, paper, aluminum foil, and other substrates, so the equipment can be adapted to different packaging products, including fertilizer bags, food bags, and medical packaging materials.
- To handle different production requirements more effectively, the non woven bag laminating equipment can be configured according to the product being made, such as using optimized extrusion pressure for heavy-duty woven bags or more precise temperature control for very thin coating applications.
