Nonwoven Coating and Laminating
Nonwoven extrusion coating adds a coated layer to the surface of nonwoven materials to improve their functional performance. It is widely used in medical products, hygiene products, packaging, agriculture, and other fields where enhanced material properties are required.
- Medical Products: Coated nonwoven materials offer water and moisture resistance, making them suitable for medical protective clothing and hygiene products. Their flexibility also makes them suitable for products such as medical bandages and sportswear.
- Daily-Use Products: High strength and tear resistance make coated nonwoven materials suitable for shopping bags, agricultural cover films, and other everyday applications.
- Eco-Friendly Packaging: PLA coating can be used for biodegradable packaging products, including environmentally friendly disposable bags.

Double Sided, 220m/min
These double-sided extrusion coating and laminating lines are used for processing nonwoven materials with LDPE, PP, and similar coating-grade resins. During production, the resin is heated and applied to both sides of the nonwoven substrate to form coated and laminated structures for medical packaging, food packaging, construction-related materials, and other nonwoven-based composite applications.

Single Sided, 220m/min
Single-sided nonwoven coating and laminating lines can run at processing speeds of up to 180 m/min and are mainly used for coating nonwoven substrates with LDPE, PP, and other coating-grade resins. During production, the resin is applied to one side of the nonwoven material to produce coated and laminated structures for medical packaging, food packaging, construction-related materials, and other nonwoven-based composite applications.
