Roll Die Punching Machine
The automatic roll-fed punching machine is a high-speed converting solution for the printing and packaging industries. It precisely punches paper cups, plates, and packaging blanks from continuous webs, offering superior efficiency and material utilization for printing, packaging and paper product manufacturing.
Built on a robust technical platform, the punching machine integrates micro-computer control with an HMI (Human-Machine Interface), servo positioning, and AC frequency inverters. The system features manual-pneumatic plate locking, a photoelectric web-guiding system, and centralized oil lubrication to ensure consistent performance for high-volume paper converting.
